On December 1, 2025, a new CBM Executive Director began his ministry!

Joshua Putnam is no stranger to Continental Baptist Missions, having grown up as a CBMK—a “missionary kid”, the son of missionary builders, Dallas and Nancy Putnam. As a young adult, Joshua served in several CBM mission churches before eventually becoming the chairman of the CBM board of directors.

For the past three years, Joshua has been part of a three-man leadership team overseeing the work of CBM, while at the same time serving as senior pastor of First Baptist Church of Howard City, Michigan. Now he will serve CBM in a full-time capacity, providing vision and leadership to the work of church planting, revitalization, and building in North America.

As we move into a new era for Continental Baptist Missions, we are excited about what God is doing, and we remain grateful for those who share our vision!
