Why

Genuine gospel ministry is forward-focused—both geographically and individually—looking for the next place and the next person needing the life-giving message of Christ. It is natural for healthy churches to give birth to new churches, and CBM is here to help!

Where

CBM missionaries are engaged in establishing new churches where they are needed in communities through North America. In some cases, God has given the individual missionary a burden for a specific community. In other cases, an existing church or fellowship of churches has a vision to see a new church started in a neighboring community and has asked CBM to help.

CBM's church planting efforts are focused on North America, yet the world-wide progress of the gospel is advanced by this ministry. Churches planted through the efforts of CBM missionaries contribute prayer, financial support, and personnel for the work of the gospel around the world.

Who

Whether serving in an urban, suburban, or rural setting, church planters are individuals who possess a pioneering spirit, a passion for evangelism and discipleship, and the vision to see what God can do in a community where a fundamental Baptist church is needed.
